Jeep Throttle Body Fuel Injection



Jeep Grand Wagoneers and any AMC V8 vehicle are my specialty. I own a 1987 Grand Wagoneer and have both multiport and throttle body fuel injection on my Jeep. This business was born when I installed a GM TBI system on my Jeep back in 1999 and I have since built kits for just about all vehicles imaginable that have a distributor. I also sell multiport EFI kits for the AMC 258 inline 6 cylinder engine and will soon have a dedicated link for that kit. My Jeep kits contain all the parts that are listed in my custom TBI kits link. My systems will give your full size Jeep better drivability, quicker cold starts with absolutely no stalling, better gas mileage, better emissions, and unparalleled fuel delivery on sloping terrain. The system is completely self diagnosing in that it tells you when and which sensor is malfunctioning. It runs in closed loop mode using an oxygen sensor to give you the best possible operating efficiency. The system is self tuning and can keep your engine operating at its most efficient level for years due to its O2 feedback capability.

One of the unseen benefits of any fuel injection is that your engine lasts much longer due to better lubrication and cleaner oil. It accomplishes this by spraying only the amount of gasoline necessary to run the engine efficiently, unlike a carburetor which dumps liquid gasoline into your engine during choke operation. The liquid gasoline washes lubricating oil off the cylinder walls causing excess wear and then the gasoline drains into the crankcase diluting the oil.

This system is similar to the Holley 2Di fuel injection aftermarket kit. But this system controls spark timing, is self tuning using the O2 sensor, and is self diagnosing. The Holley system doesn't do any of these things, except for the Holley O2 sensor add-on which is a $100 option. The GM O2 sensor circuitry is built in, is fundamental to its operation, and is standard equipment in my kits.

I offer a one year replacement warranty on everything I sell. If a part goes bad in the first year you own the system, I'll give you another identical part for the one way shipping charge only.
